This vendor fair is being hosted by Legacy Christian School, co-located at our Troop location.

Set up is from 6AM – 7:30AM, Fair runs from 8AM to noon.

It would be nice to have someone to man the booth each hour, so that means just 6 individuals/families to cover it.

When you RSVP, please note the hour you would like to cover. We will have materials to hand out to people attending.

Good evening, Vendors,

It is finally that time. Here are your spots! I have attached (3) items:

1. A list with your name and spot number

2. A pdf map of the school/church parking lot with the layout of spot #s/vendor spaces

3. A pdf map of vendor parking. After you set up, please exit our parking lot and park in the plaza next door in the outlined red area on the map. You can walk through the rear of the parking lot in the grass to access our lot and your spaces.

Remember, this is an outdoor event rain or shine. Tents are suggested but not required. You need to bring your own table & chair(s). Set up is from 6 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. (please have your booth completed by 7:45). We will provide water (free for vendors).

There is a raffle auction in the gym. If you would like to donate an item to promote your business, please bring it to the Legacy Christian Academy table no later than 7:40 a.m. (This is not required)
